I’m Adrian Baker.

I have more than two decades of experience helping Sales Directors, sales people, and other individual contributors reach their full potential in sales and leading their teams to success. I do this by helping people and organisations find the best people and clients, close more deals, and then help those organisations keep the best people and clients.

My focus during my time has been in HR Technology as well as consulting in Business Improvement. I’ve done this with businesses of all sizes.

I believe that anybody in a sales oriented role can benefit from coaching in order to reach their full potential in sales, keep their best clients, and learn how to become more accountable to themselves. Most people have the skills necessary to succeed, they just need to understand how to use them to the best of their ability.
